Processing Your Order

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your purchase. Business days do not include weekends or United States public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Expected shipping dates may be longer than listed below for Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days. 
  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Estimated delivery within 3 to 4 business days.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to serve international customers in the future.

Local Pickup

For our local customers in Eugene, Oregon, and the surrounding Willamette Valley area, we offer a local pickup option. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will contact you via email with the pickup details, including location and available times. There are no shipping charges for local pickup orders.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders via UPS. You will receive a tracking number for your order to follow its journey.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@stitch-and-spool.com. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it, whether that means replacing the damaged item or locating your package.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
